Recently, the ShanQuan factory successfully loaded and shipped an electro-hydraulic servo CNC bending machine. After precise debugging, the machine was packed into a custom-made wooden crate meeting export standards and is about to be transported to the port for its overseas customer.
At the loading site, workers carefully placed the bending machine into a custom-made export-grade wooden crate, as if it were a valuable item. This crate is not ordinary packaging—it must withstand the turbulence and humid conditions of a long sea voyage.
The structure must be robust: the frame is reinforced with strong steel, and the base is supported by heavy-duty C-shaped steel to ensure it can withstand the weight of the equipment and the bumps during transport.
Moisture protection must be in place: the interior is wrapped with a thickened moisture-proof film to prevent the humid air at sea from corroding the metal components.
Secure fixing is crucial: Galvanized steel wire ropes are used to firmly lock the equipment to its base, and wooden wedges and airbags are used to fill any gaps, ensuring zero displacement of the equipment within the crate.
This electro-hydraulic servo CNC bending machine is a flagship product of ShanQuan Factory, belonging to the category of high-precision sheet metal processing equipment, widely used in industries such as automobile manufacturing, steel structures, and high-end electrical appliances. After factory inspection by the technical team, the equipment is precisely packed into a custom-made wooden crate, and will then be transported to the port, loaded onto an ocean-going cargo ship, and sailed to the production lines of overseas customers.
In fact, domestic machine tool companies like ShanQuan Factory have seen a continuous improvement in export momentum in recent years. Taking Anhui Bowang District as an example, its foreign trade exports reached US$106 million (approximately RMB 760 million) in the first four months of this year, a year-on-year increase of 20%. Products such as CNC bending machines and laser cutting machines have been exported to more than 50 countries and regions in Europe, America, Southeast Asia, and South America.
This is the first one.
