Combined punching and shearing machine is a sheet metal and profile processing equipment that integrates multiple functions. Hydraulic combined punching and shearing machine is widely used in the production of civil facilities such as steel structure processing, storage shelves, high-voltage power towers, telecommunication towers, street lights, advertising signs, elevators, ventilation ducts, etc. The machine is equipped with punching station, channel steel and angle steel shearing station, thick plate shearing station, round steel and square steel shearing station, and corner cutting station as standard. Optional accessories include punching large holes, plate bending, channel steel punching, blinds and pipe corner cutting.
Hydraulic transmission is adopted, the whole machine has a reasonable structure, light weight, low noise, light and reliable, and has overload performance.
It is equipped with five workstations and dual hydraulic workstations as standard. It can work independently at the same time. The machine does not need any horizontal adjustment, and it can be used after being placed in place. CNC control system can be optionally equipped to increase the efficiency of automatic punching and shearing.
The machine adopts the top processing technology in Europe. The frame is welded as a whole and is treated with high temperature quenching to make the frame have high rigidity and high strength; the tool is treated with special vacuum high temperature to extend its service life.
