The turret milling machine has a compact structure, small size and high flexibility. The milling head can rotate 90 degrees left and right and 45 degrees forward and backward. The rocker arm can not only extend forward and backward, but also rotate 360 degrees in the horizontal plane, which greatly improves the effective working range of the machine tool. The turret milling machine is a light general-purpose metal cutting machine with vertical and horizontal milling functions. It can mill planes, bevels, grooves and splines of medium and small parts. It is widely used in mechanical processing, molds, instruments, meters and other industries.
TThe main components such as the base, body, workbench, middle slide, lifting slide, etc. are all cast with high-strength materials and artificially aged to ensure the stability of the machine tool for long-term use.
The milling head is equipped with a turret milling head, and the spindle is equipped with two feeding modes: manual and micro-motion, which makes processing convenient and accurate; the milling head can be adjusted ±45° in the vertical plane and rotated 360° in the horizontal plane to expand the processing range of the machine tool.
The workbench has three types of manual feeding, motorized feeding and motorized fast feeding in the longitudinal and transverse directions. The motorized feeding can obtain 8 different feeding speeds to meet different processing requirements; fast feeding can make the workpiece quickly reach the processing position and shorten the non-processing time.
The Z-direction lifting of the lifting table can be achieved by manual and motorized methods, and the manual and motorized methods are interlocked, eliminating unsafe factors.
